So did we started using that three assholes char?
You can see (de)federated instances on lemmy at /instances
, like https://lemmy.world/instances
Aren’t we all crips?
Edit: Or this lookalike 🝆
Politics is endangering the whole Lemmy, with instances defederated because of their political views and a lot of censorship.
Calm down folks! This is a web forum, people should be free to share what they think (without harassing anyone) without being censored, creating a biased platform.
I’m not into non-free-speech instances (like lemmy.world), but I do understand and respect their decision because it MAY decrease harassment between users. But please don’t defederate with everyone otherwise it would still be a biased platform. Let people choose what to see and just ban spam and real harassment (I’ve used too much this word).
I’m not into politics myself and it drives me crazy that we can’t rely on fine communities because they are on instances defederated by big instances because of their political views.
You are right. In the graph there is a rise, but inside “Total MAU” pill it says “-47,901 since last month”.
Still, monthly active users are goin down.
Are like Discord federated.
Matrix can be used also in place of Telegram/Whatsapp.
Quiblr (PWA) is very similar to Reddit UI, take a look
Thanks for the heads up, didnt know it. Maybe something similar is available in other clients too and I just missed it.
The question & answer format requires data that Lemmy just isn’t able to fully replicate as it is.
Other than marking the correct answer and having user score/badges, there is anything else?
Also the community editable nature
You’re right, I just forgot that people can edit your questions and answers.
Would creating a Lemmy instance with that content be enough? Doing so the already enough large Lemmy community could already interact with it.
Sekiro fediverse?
The best thing would be to make yourself a web crawler which get executed by cron.
I’m not sure there is something which check some specific strings on some specific github repos for checking updates, but I could be wrong.
It would have been great to view and comment YouTube content with a PeerTube account. But it would needs a different approach on storing other instances metadata.
Where did you got these new 16€/TB HDDs?
I am sure most of them are.
Like kylian said: Kodi. You can install it even on an android device (like a firestick) or you can go for some distro giving an out of the box good experience like LibreELEC.
Now it’s working.
