Is this just measuring the sugar in the donuts?
What do you mean so what? That’s what you asked. Everything we eat gets broken down into sugar, including fats and proteins. They’re clearly only counting sugar content of the donuts, because 17 Dunkin’ donuts glazed donuts have 527 grams of carbs.
Assuming you only ate one of the two every day, you could die of starvation from the coffee, and who knows what would happen to you with 4500 calories of carbs every day. Very fat and unhealthy.
If you ate both of them in addition to your regular food, you would get fat from the coffee, and… I don’t know what happens to a person that eats 6500 calories per day, but I’m assuming a heart attack within a decade.
