Could limiting new users maybe help against bot spamming?

In the future new technologies will maybe bypass internet but right now the best thing to do it’s to start being less internet dependent: archive stuff for your home server, buy physical media, preserve what you’d need and like.

Every city should host main public web servicies for its citizens, each one as an instance of a complex system, that’s how anarchy works.

What’s the issue with the team?

Good point. In my case the problem is too many email accounts to manage, Addy is good for that; I could also use more Thunderbird but Tuta doesn’t like it, Proton and other corpo provider do not deserve another user.

There’s a stable instance for artists? Something like mastodon.art but on PT?

I partially agree but could this actually not be a problem? Users who watch them on YT will still continue to do so, and instead people who prefer to use FreeTube/NewPipe or alternatives will still continue not actively supporting creators on YT but instead spreading their videos elsewhere. Right now the prediction of PeerTube taking views away from YT is quite utopian for most people.

What you need is not always what the world needs.

Also creating accounts require a minute or more.

It require literally a minute, also creating an account isn’t a thing people like to do.
