That’s it. Half the benefit of Plex is that my library is easily accessible on my mobile and downloadable, but Plex chose a very weird Plexamp UX for downloaded content. Instead of using the tried and true music UX, they chose a fricking list that isn’t indexed.
I love Plex, but Plexamp leaves a lot to be desired. In my use case, especially for folks with bad mobile service and/or spotty wifi.
Yeah I’m no data retention expert but that is a huge risk.
