Diaspora is really good, it just doesn’t use activityPub (it is still a part of the fediverse), is there any bridge between the two protocols?

I’m not sure about a bridge, but there’s some services like friendica and hubzilla that can speak both protocols.
Yes, I’m aware of those. I think that a bridge would be useful for people on mastodon and similar.
No, between Diaspora and the Fediverse there are only connections to Friendica and Hubzilla, as those can run several protocols, including the Diaspora protocol in addition to AP.
